California SBA - Small Business Administration Financing:
We work with lenders that offer SBA 7(a) Long Term Financing of:
- 51% or more Owner-Occupied Commercial Real Estate Purchasing & Refinancing
- Construction or Improvements
- Debt Refinancing
- Working Capital
- Equipment Financing
- Purchasing a Business
- Partnership Buyout
SBA 7(a) loans provide for fully amortized maturities up to 25 years. Lenders partner with the SBA, and can provide up to 90% financing for the purchase of Commercial Real Estate and up to 100% financing for debt refinance and all other business financial needs
Lenders also offer SBA 504 loans for Long Term Financing for the purchase of:
- 51% or more Owner-Occupied Commercial Real Estate
- Equipment
The SBA 504 loan is a two-part loan that allows us to finance up to 90% of the purchase price. The SBA 504 loan structure includes the small business injecting at least 10% of the total funds for the project. The SBA, via a Certified Development Company, provides up to 40% of the total project cost, with the lender providing the remaining 50% of the project cost.
