Paul Schectman has over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, encompassing residential brokerage, commerical leasing and brokerage, and mortgage banking.

Paul entered the mortgage industry in 1990, and has provided outstanding service to hundreds of California property owners, on both residential and commercial properties in the course of arranging mortgage financing for purchase and refinance transactions. Paul earned a BA in Economics with Honors from The Colorado College, and he continues to apply his understanding of macroeconomic issues and the influence they have on mortgage programs and pricing. Paul identifies the most appropriate financing options for his client's specific needs and qualifications.

Paul lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is officed in the Mill Valley office of RPM Mortgage serving all of California.  Many of his clients live in San Francisco and Southern Marin, including Sausalito, Tiburon, Mill Valley, Larskpur, Corte Madera, Greenbrae, Ross, San Anselmo, and San Rafael.  Paul welcomes your request to meet for in office mortgage planning consultations.
